What is the last time you danced?
Just put on some music you LOVE, and jump out of your chair, dance to your hearts content, and dance without judgement. Dance knowing you are an amazing person, and that you are utterly utterly beautiful! So get on some music, kick off your shoes and socks, and swing it out!
And then use all the energy dancing gives you to focus on your passion, your joy, your path.
Don't know what to dance to right this minute? This song always gets my butt shaking :D
